Staff

At Furrever Fluffy we work by a team based system to ensure that all of the pets in our care have the best experience possible. If you have a groomer preference, please let us know, but it’s always possible you may have several animal lovers working on your pet during their appointment. All bath appointments should be booked under Victoria Gates although the service will be performed by one or more members of our talented bathing team.

Kayla

Owner / Groomer

Hello! I’m Kayla, the owner of Furrever Fluffy, and I have been grooming for over four years. I have always had a strong passion for animals, and after working in various boarding facilities, mobile groomers, and grooming salons, I decided to open my own pet grooming business to provide a calm and safe one-on-one grooming experience to the Cobb County area. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to always provide a service that clients can be happy with. I have earned certifications in grooming poodles, golden retrievers, and doodles, as well as pet CPR certification. I live with my husband Hector, my golden retriever Lilo, golden doodle Yara, and two bengal cats, Tianyi and Sterling.

Although I’m currently not available to accept new clients, our team of skilled groomers is ready to provide you with excellent service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you.

Amy

Colorist / Groomer

Hello, I’m Amy, a dedicated dog groomer with a passion for all things furry. My love for animals started at a young age, and my affinity for dogs led me to become a professional groomer. I began my journey by bathing dogs for my uncle and at local salons before pursuing a career in dog grooming in March 2017.

During a visit to my uncle’s kennel and grooming facility in Indiana at the age of 11, I was fascinated by the grooming process and knew then that I wanted to learn as much as possible about grooming dogs. I hold IPG Safety Certification for bathing and grooming dogs and am committed to continuing my education to become a certified Master Groomer, with a goal to compete in grooming competitions. I specialize in hand stripping terriers and enjoy staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and styles.
Although grooming can be challenging, my love for working with dogs never fades. I strongly believe that every dog deserves a safe and comfortable grooming experience, and I make every effort to provide a calming environment and a comforting presence to ensure that the experience is as enjoyable as possible.

When I’m not grooming, I am a proud mother to my three-year-old son, Noah, and wife of 11 years to my husband, Chris. I am a huge Disney World enthusiast and enjoy planning vacations for my family. In my free time, I love baking chocolate chip cookies and spending time with my two dogs, Rosco (an 11-year-old Yorkie Maltese mix) and Riley (a Dachshund Lab mix).
If you’re searching for a skilled and compassionate dog groomer, look no further. I will treat your furry friend like my own and leave them looking and feeling their best.

Bridget

Groomer

Hi! I’m Bridget, I’m a professional dog groomer with a passion for pups! I have always loved animals, especially dogs, since I was a little girl. My family noticed my lack of fear, and natural ease with animals from the start, no matter the size. One of my first jobs growing up was pet sitting, and I always knew I wanted to work with animals for the rest of my life. Once I got a job at a local vet, I knew that pet care was right for me. I then moved on to bathing dogs, and the salon leader encouraged me to get certified to groom dogs. I have now been grooming professionally for 2+ years, and I absolutely love it! I have found my true passion. I strive to create a comfortable, relaxed, and safe environment for every pup I work with!

Outside of the salon, I love anything artistic! Currently I’m taking pottery courses. I have always been very artistic, and enjoy spending time drawing silly things while relaxing with my cat Nugget at home.

Phyllie

Groomer

Hello there! I’m Phyllie and I grew up surrounded by the company of dogs, cats, and even farm
animals. From a young age, I knew my heart belonged to animals, and it’s been my dream ever
since to make a career out of caring for them.

My journey began in the heart of animal rescue, where I dedicated myself to rehabilitating and
working with dogs of all kinds. This experience ignited my passion for grooming, emphasizing
the importance of patience and compassion in every interaction with our four-legged friends.
What I cherish most about being a groomer is the chance to blend my creativity with the joy of
making both pet owners and their furry companions happy. Poodles and doodles hold a special
place in my heart, and there’s nothing I love more than turning their faces into adorable teddy
bears.

While I excel in traditional grooming techniques, my true excitement lies in color work. Adding
vibrant hues to a pet’s coat is like painting a masterpiece, and I’m eager to explore even more
creative avenues, including coat carving and dying. It’s my way of bringing a touch of artistry to
the grooming world.

Looking ahead, I’m not just stopping at grooming tables. I aspire to earn my master’s in poodle
grooming, participate in competitions, and dive into the creative realms of coat carving and
dying. Learning and growing in my craft is a constant journey, and I’m excited to see where it
takes me.

Beyond the grooming studio, you’ll find me tinkering with my car or exploring new food places.
These hobbies fuel my creativity and keep me inspired to bring the best to every grooming
session.
